Day 1 – Arrive in Dublin
Day 2 – Dublin city sight seeing
Day 3 – Dublin to Clare – Visit Bunratty Castle and Folk park.
Day 4 – Clare - Afternoon drive on the Wild Atlantic way. See Loop head, Cliffs of Moher, Doolin and Lahinch.
Day 5 - Go through Burren National Park on your way to Galway City. Enjoy vibrant Galway and dinner in a city restaurant.
Day 6 – Day trip to the Aran Islands
Day 7 - Head to Luxurious 5* Castle hotel. Try Falconry, clay pigeon shooting and fine dining.
Day 8 – Connemara day trip, take in Clifden and the Skyroad.
Day 9- Galway to Dublin – via the Boyne Valley

Day 1 - Arrive in Dublin
Let your airport transfer take you to your city centre hotel and relax after your flight. Stretch your legs and get to know your surroundings by exploring Dublin city centre.
Day 2 - Dublin city sight seeing
Your second day in Dublin you should enjoy some sightseeing in Ireland’s vibrant capital city. Don’t miss the Guinness Store House for the history of the famous pint of stout, Trinity College for the Book of Kells, Temple bar for the pubs and people watching or Dublinia museum for the history of the Vikings in Dublin. Visit Dublin Castle, the centre of the city’s history and evolution since 1204. Eat in a Michelin star restaurant and discover gourmet Ireland.
Day 3 – Dublin to Clare
Meet your driver guide or collect your car hire and head West. Make your way to Co. Clare, make a stop at the excellent Bunratty castle and folk Park. The restored mediaeval castle and historical village gives you a real insight into life in past in Ireland. Head on to your Clare hotel and settle in.
Day 4 – Explore Co. Clare
Explore the coastal sites around you and don’t miss the awesome Cliffs of Moher. The magnificent Cliffs are the top of the list of sights to see in Ireland. Soaring 702 ft above the sea the view is fantastic. Drive to Loop head, Lahinch village and Doolin, famous for traditional Irish music. The huge seascapes and rugged coastline is stunning!
Day 6 – Galway City
Drive through the Burren national park stopping to take in the scenery on your way to your Galway city hotel. Spend the afternoon in one of Ireland’s most vibrant small cities, Galway. Take a guided tour and discover this colourful place. Galway has a fascinating trading history and was the principal Irish port for trade with Spain and France in the middle ages. The city is famous for its pubs and restaurants and you will be certain to experience some traditional music and fun.
Day 7 – Aran Islands
Take the ferry to the Aran Islands. Inishmore is the biggest of the islands and most popular. Hire a bike and cycle across the island to Dun Aonghasa, a semi circle stone fort overlooking the Atlantic. This famous archaeological site has had people living here since 1500BC. The island is definitely worth a visit.
Day 8 – Luxury 5* Galway Castle Hotel
Enjoy a lovely breakfast and some last minute shopping before heading to your luxurious castle hotel. Check in and take the day enjoying the activities on the Estate. Highlights such as Falconry, clay pigeon shooting and fishing will make you feel like you have stepped back in time!
Day 9 – Connemara day trip
Make an early start and head north along the Wild Atlantic Way through the scenic Connemara landscape. This rocky plateau is scenic and beautiful. Enjoy quiet roads winding around lakes and barren hills. Head for Clifden and on to the Sky road taking in the rugged Atlantic sea views. Watch the kite surfers on the waves and take a walk on a windswept beach.
Day 10 – Galway to Dublin
Head back to the east towards Dublin but make a few highlight stops along the way. First visit Newgrange (c 3,200 B.C.), it is the best-known monument of the World Heritage Site of Brú na Bóinne, predating the ancient pyramids by 400 years and Stonehenge by 1000. The fantastic visitors centre will fascinate you. Visit Monasterboice, an early Christian site with a round tower and 10th Century High Cross, the Hill of Tara (seat of the high kings of Ireland) or Trim Castle, the largest Anglo- Norman castle in Ireland and part of Braveheart’s film set. Settle into your hotel outside Dublin for a good night sleep before your flight home.
Day 11 – Home
Let your airport transfer bring you the 30 min drive to Dublin airport for your flight home.
